What payment methods are available?
In addition to using your Paypal account for payments, all major credit and debit cards transactions can be made through Paypal as well.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Currently, we do not take orders over the phone, but if you call us for any queries, we will do our best to help

Yes, you should receive an email confirmation with all your order details
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, and payment made it cannot be changed.

Where do you deliver?
Currently, we are only delivering to an address within the United Kingdom.
If you would like to order from outside of the UK, please refer to our stockist page on our website.
What if I am not in when you deliver?
The courier will leave information about re-arranging delivery, or leave details on where to collect your package
What if only part of my order has arrived?
You will be able to track all items online using the tracking number provided via email
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
All faults or damages must be reported via email within 24 hours, and will be fully replaceable or refundable. Returns for damaged goods must follow the returns process listed on our website
What if I receive an incorrect item?
Incorrect items must be reported via email within 24 hours, and will have to follow the returns policy as listed on the website

Currently, Pembe Club offers refunds in store credit only.

Yes, returns are at the cost of the customer, please see our T&C’s on the website for more information.
Can I view a product in store?
We have a various retailers throughout the United Kingdom, should you wish to view anything before a purchase
What if an item is listed as out of stock, how soon will it be available again?
As all of our pieces are hand-made, we may from time to time run out of stock. Please call or email the head office if you would like to be added to the waiting list.
How long does it generally take for delivery?
All orders are processed and delivered within 7 days, unless otherwise notified.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, all parcels are delivered with a tracking number.
